We are so sure of the quality and build of our products that we guarantee all of our products for a period of twelve months from date of delivery.

Our products are guaranteed against any manufactures faults,

In the extremely unlikely event that a part of your dummy develops a fault within the first twelve months of purchase, due to a build fault this will be repaired/replaced free of charge (excluding p&p).

However this warranty does not cover miss use by the owner or if reasonable care has not been taken with your dummy,or if weapons etc have been used on the dummy.

As we build our dummies to last a lifetime we are very sure you will not need to use your warranty

Please note: warranty is void if you do not inform us the wooden dummy has arrived safely within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept any liability for any damage caused by the couriers during shipping.
